Here's What You Get:

4 Complete Visits Including:

Pre-payment schedule is only $52.50 per each of the 6 visits totaling $315.

Now, should you need a bit more than 4 visits, any additional care will be provided at only $45 each. If care is discontinued before the completion of 6 visits, any refund will be against our standard fees. For patients who have satisfactorily completed the initial 6 visits and desire to continue care under this plan, any subsequent adjustments and one therapy will remain at $45 unless a new condition develops.
